I've always had a plethora of interests and creative pursuits in life.
Drawing and painting is something I've enjoyed since being a child and never stopped doing. During my teenage years I became fascinated with the art of filmmaking, seeing as it combined a lot of things I was already passionate about: visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, rhythm and music. Rather than going to film school I have spent the past 7 years tirelessly working in a variety of positions on set, in pre and post production, have written, directed, edited and drawn storyboards for commercials, music videos, documentaries and narrative shorts. I started a degree in Film and Theatre Sciences to further substantiate my knowledge but quickly realised I was missing the practical challenge of creating something.
I've also produced live shows and talk formats for clients like the German Federal Agency for Civic Education, Netflix and SWR. Most recently I started growing my portfolio as a photographer, portraying actors, dancers and performers.
Choosing to hone a multifaceted set of skills has enabled me to connect the dots, think ahead and draw from a variety of experiences within any project.
